The 2nd China-Iceland Live Streaming Week is Held in Iceland

On April 30, The 2nd China-Iceland Live Streaming Week and E-Commerce Cooperation Seminar co-hosted by Embassy of China in Iceland and Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Iceland was successfully held in Reykjavik. Ambassador He Rulong addressed the event. More than 100 participants from government, organizations, enterprises and media attended the event. Counselor Dai Ke was present.

In his speech, Ambassador He introduced China's latest development in economy, tourism and e-commerce, hoped that this event will further deepen China-Iceland cooperation, especially in the fields of digital trade and service trade. Mr. Li Jialu, Deputy Director-general of Department of Electronic Commerce and Informatization of Ministry of Commerce of China, made a prerecorded speech. Mr. Ingolfur Fridriksson, Deputy Director General of Directorate for External Trade and Economic Affairs, Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Iceland delivered a speech on behalf of Icelandic side.

A team of KOLs from China will carry out a week-long live streaming and promotion in Iceland. Tourism services is featured in this event for the first time, which has attracted much attention.
