Kathmandu is not so cold at the end of the year, people feel cozy and warm. If you look into the distance from the high point of the President House, you can see the Himalayas clearly on the north. Nepal is located between China and India, China' Tibet is hundreds Kilometers on the North. The geographical distance between China and Nepal is very close, but the development gap is very big. Thanks to the political stability and economic development, China got a rapid progress in recent 40 years, but Nepal still on the List of least developed countries of UN.
In Nepal, the transformation period lasted 10 years and the government was changed 9 times. This country really needs to draw lessons from the successful experiences in Governance of other counties. At the time when Nepal falls into party conflict caused by the constitutional amendment, it is hopefully that the publication of the Nepali edition book Xi Jinping: the Governance of China could be come as a Chinese saying: life-giving spring breeze and rain just in time.
