New Visa Application Form Adopted

     From January 1, 2011, the Chinese Embassy will start using new Visa Application Form, Please print the form double-sidedly after downloading and fill in the form clearly and completely according to the instruction.

     The old version Visa Application Form can still be used until June 30, 2011.
