Foreign Minister Tang Jiaxuan will hold bilateral meetings with Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Belgium and Kuwait respectively, followed by delivering a statement on High-Level Plenary Meeting of the GA to Consider How to Support NEPAD in the morning. Then he will attend the reception hosted by President of South Africa. He will also have talks with Foreign Ministers of some members of Rio Group and with Foreign Ministers of eight Caribbean Countries separately. He is to wrap up the day by meeting with Foreign Minister of Surinam.
