The Chinese Foreign Minister Li Zhaoxing is to arrive in New York on September 23, leading a Chinese delegation to attend the 58th regular session of the UN General Assembly.

Later in the evening, the Foreign Minister will be present at two receptions hosted  by the German Chancellor Gerhard Schröder and the U.S. President George Bush.
