COLLECTION & PAYMENT

Except for "to be advised" service item and urgent service item, all applicants are advised to pick up on our fourth working day. When collecting, you are requested to show us your pink "Pick-up Form" which was given to you when you lodged your application. Payment can be made in any of the following ways: by cash, by company check, by bank check or by money order.

The payment comprises Normal Application fee, Urgent Application fee and Post Handling fee. And only Australian currency is acceptable.

Please note:

Post service is only limited to visa application and authentication application. Besides the required application materials, the applicant is also required to post us a self-addressed return envelope and the relevant charge.

2.URGENT FEE:

Second day service : 50 (application must be made before 11am)

Third day service: 30

3.POST HANDLING FEE: Please be noted that for visa application lodged by mail, a post handling fee of 10 dollars per satchel is applicable.
