Good morning.

It is my great pleasure to attend the NASDAQ Opening Bell Ceremony and meet with friends from various sectors and representatives of the listed companies. I wish to thank NASDAQ for your kind invitation and thoughtful arrangements.

NASDAQ enjoys distinguished reputations in China not only for its economic and financial clout, but also for its endeavor to promote intercultural understanding and people-to-people exchanges. We are very pleased to see that 155 Chinese companies are listed on NASDAQ and China is becoming an increasingly important market for NASDAQ.

To enhance mutual understanding, the Chinese Consulate General and NASDAQ jointly celebrated the Chinese Lunar New Year and the 2010 Shanghai World Expo. In the future, along with all my friends present, my colleagues and I will remain committed to promoting the growth of China-US relations. I wish NASDAQ prosperity, success and increasingly closer business cooperation with China.
