Vice Foreign Minister of the DPRK Kim Gye Gwan visits China

Li Zhaoxing, Minister for Foreign Affairs of the PRC, met with Kim Gye Gwan,Vice Foreign Minister of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) on February 9th. The two sides exchanged views on issues related to China-DPRK bilateral relations, nuclear issues and the second round of the six-party talks in Beijing. They indicated that the two sides were willing to make concerted efforts with other parties to advance the second round of the talks and keep the talks going on. At the invitation of Wang Yi, Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs of the PRC, Kim Gye Gwan started this visit on February 7th. During his stay in Beijing, Kim Gye Gwan held official talks with Wang Yi on a variety of issues related to the second round of talks. Vice Foreign Minister Dai Bingguo also met with Kim Gye Gwan's delegation.
