On March 15, 2005, Foreign Minister-Level Representative of Gabon Ndongou indicated when meeting China's Ambassador to Gabon Xue Jinwei that Gabon has been consistently upholding the one-China policy and firmly supports the reunification of China. He asked the Chinese people to believe that Gabon is a sincere friend of China and would always side with China on the Taiwan issue. Gabon fully understands and supports the adoption of the Anti-Secession Law by the National People's Congress of China as well as all the efforts made by China to realize national reunification.
