Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao of the State Council who is paying a visit to Premier Wen conveyed the greetings from Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress (NPC) Wu Bangguo to the two Speakers. He said that an important result of this visit is the Joint Statement between the People's Republic of Premier Wen noted that exchanges between the two parliaments are an important part of bilateral relations. He hoped that the 48 Group Club would continue to play a positive role as always in developing economic and trade relations between the two countries.
