Ugandan President Expresses Sympathy to China over SARS

Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni has recently expressed his sympathy to China over the sever acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) epidemic in a message to Chinese President Hu Jintao. Museveni said it was heartening to see the positive results achieved by the Chinese government in its efforts to contain SARS, and he wished China an early and final success in the fight against SARS.
