On the morning of May 21, 2011, Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao left Beijing by special plane to attend the fourth trilateral summit of China, Japan and South Korea in Japan.

Wen's entourage includes Foreign Minister Yang Jiechi, Minister of the National Development and Reform Commission Zhang Ping, Minister of Environmental Protection Zhou Shengxian, Commerce Minister Chen Deming, Director of the Research Office of the State Council Xie Fuzhan, Vice Secretary-General of the State Council and Director of the Premier's Office Qiu Xiaoxiong, Director of the State Seismological Bureau Chen Jianmin and Assistant Foreign Minister Hu Zhengyue.
