The Second China-U.S. Track Two High-level Dialogue was held in Washington D.C. from Oct 18 to 19. Former Chinese State Councilor Tang Jiaxuan and former U.S. State Secretary Henry Kissinger, respectively leading the Chinese delegation and the U.S. delegation, attended the Dialogue.
