On January 17th, 2011, Chinese Ambassador Mr. Xu Jianguo signed an Agreement on Economic and Technical Cooperation between the Governments of the P.R. China and Grenada with Mr. Karl Hood, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Environment, Foreign Trade and Export Development.
