On May 19th, 2011, China-Grenada Trade Mission held a press conference with Ministry of Finance of Grenada in Rex Hotel, at which a letter of intent on investment was signed by Mr. Song Qingrong, the Chairman of the board of Touchstone Capital Group Holdings, and Mr. Michael Gunn, Director of Bacolet Bay Resort & Spa, Grenada.

Mr. Zhang Peng, from the Economic and Commercial office of the Chinese Embassy, and Mr. Christopher, Director General of Department of Small Business of Ministry of Finance of Grenada were present.
