On October 26, Ambassador Kuang met with Sierra Leonean police Inspector General Mr. Francis Allieu Munu. Ambassador Kuang spoke highly of the pivotal role that Sierra Leone police have played in maintaining the country's security and stability and emphasized that both sides should strengthen cooperation in protecting the rights of the Chinese citizens and investors in Sierra Leone.
