On February 9, Chinese Ambassador Kuang Weilin met with Sierra Leonean Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Hon. Mr. J. B. Dauda. During the meeting, they exchanged views on the bilateral cooperation and some international issues of common interest.

Ambassador Kuang said that the bilateral relations between the two countries have grown steadily and that mutually beneficial practical cooperation has also expanded significantly. China is willing to work more closely with Sierra Leone to further strengthen cooperation in various fields.

Foreign Minister Dauda spoke highly of the fruitful cooperation between the two countries and looked forward to better bilateral relations that will bring more benefits to the peoples of the two countries.
