On 7th February, Ambassador Gao met in her residence with Mr. Israel Maimon, Chairman of the Steering Committee of Israeli Presidential Conference. Counselor Dai Yuming from the Embassy and Ms. Michal Stopper-Vax, Director of Special Guests of the committee among others were present.

Ambassador Gao introduced the progress of Sino-Israeli relations since the diplomatic ties established 20 years ago, and a series of scheduled events for celebrating the 20th Anniversary this year. Mr. Maimon briefed on the preparation of the 4th Presidential Conference. Both sides addressed the importance of deepening the mutual friendship between the two peoples and co-operation between the two countries.
