H.E. Ambassador Yang Houlan Attends a Talk Program in Nepal Army Command and Staff College

On 29 February, 2012, at the invitation of Maj. Gen. Commandant Mr. Pawan Bahadur Pande', H.E. Ambassador Yang Houlan gave a speech on"Foreign Policy of China and China-Nepal Relations " in Nepal Army Command and Staff College, and interacts with the teachers and students.
In his speech, Yang reviewed the development of the bilateral relations and military relations between China and Nepal, briefed China's independent foreign policy of peace, and highly valued the achievement of Chinese Premier Wen's official visit to Nepal.
Yang addressed that China will continue to adhere to an independent foreign policy of peace, and unswervingly follow the path of peaceful development and a win-win strategy of opening up. China will be committed to developing friendship and cooperation with all other countries on the basis of the Five Principles of Peaceful Coexistence and will follow the foreign policy of friendship and partnership, strengthen good-neighborly relations and practical cooperation with them, and energetically engage in regional cooperation in order to jointly create a peaceful, stable regional environment featuring equality, mutual trust and win-win cooperation.
After the speech, Yang interacted with the teachers and students by answering the questions on China-Nepal relations, China-South Asia relations and China's developing path, etc. The students are mainly from Nepal, China and other South Asian countries.
