On 14 March, 2012, H.E. Ambassador Yang Houlan was invited to Nepal Art Council, to inaugurate the photography exhibition titled "A Candid Portrait", and initiate the website of www.photographynepal.com.

Yang said in his address that Nepal is a country with rich history and culture. He believed that such photography exhibition will let more people to see and know about the unique tradition of Nepal, and further promote the development of art and culture in Nepal.

The photography exhibition is created by Mr.Laxmi Prasad Ngakhusi, a young Nepali photographer, and promoted by Nepal Tourism Board.
