H.E. Yang Youming, Chinese Ambassador to Trinidad and Tobago, met with the Honourable Winston Dookeran, Minister of Finance on Mar. 27, 2012. They exchanged views on further strengthening financial cooperation between the two countries and other related issues. Mr. Liang Gang, commercial officer of the Chinese Embassy, was present.
