On April 24, 2007, Chinese Vice Foreign Minister Qiao Zonghuai met with Swedish Ambassador to China Mikael Lindstrom. Both sides made positive comments on bilateral ties, saying that recent years have witnessed fruitful cooperation between the two countries in the fields of politics, economy, trade, culture and education. The two countries are ready to further dialogue and cooperation to push for continuous development of bilateral ties, they said.
