On March 24, 2011, Vice Foreign Minister Li Jinzhang met with Chairman of Costa Rica's Libertarian Movement Party Otto Guevara, who is visiting China at the invitation of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee. Both sides exchanged views on issues including China-Costa Rica relations and inter-party exchanges.
