Dai Bingguo, Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs

Area of responsibilities: executive affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

Born in Guizhou Province in March 1941. Graduated from Sichuan University and completed advanced studies at Foreign Affairs College (now China Foreign Affairs University).
