On Nov. 24, 2010, Vice Foreign Minister Cui Tiankai held a banquet for the diplomatic envoys of the Pacific island countries and the China-based trade representatives of the Pacific Islands Forum at the Diaoyutai State Guesthouse to bid farewell to the outgoing ambassadors of Fiji and Tonga, Mr. Ahkoy James Michael and Mr. Mahe Uliuli Tupouniua.
