On July 3, 2007, Chinese Vice Foreign Minister Dai Bingguo met in the office building of the Foreign Ministry with Peruvian Deputy Foreign Minister Gonzalo Gutierrez, exchanging views on bilateral ties, as well as international and regional issues of common concern.
