On April 7, 2011, Assistant Foreign Minister Liu Zhenmin met with a delegation headed by Andrei Popkov, Deputy Director of the General Department of Legal Affairs and Treaties of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus. The delegation is here in Beijing for the third round of consultations on cleaning up of treaties with the Treaty and Law Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China.

Both sides exchanged views on cooperation between the treaty and law departments of the two Foreign Ministries and cleaning up of treaties.
