China and Kyrgyzstan boast a solid foundation for their good-neighborly relations of friendship and cooperation. This is an important treasure for both countries as well as a key guarantee for the sound development of bilateral relations. We would like to work with Kyrgyzstan to promote the continuous development of China-Kyrgyzstan good-neighborly relations of friendship and cooperation. Bakiyev, for his part, said Kyrgyzstan will not change its attitude toward the SCO, nor its policy on developing comprehensive and friendly cooperation with China. Kyrgyzstan will implement all the agreements and treaties that have been reached with China.
