On November 25, 2005, Vice Foreign Minister Wu Dawei attended the opening ceremony of the Moldavian Wine Festival in Xiyuan Hotel in Beijing. The wine festival was co-sponsored by the Beijing Municipal Government and the Moldavian Embassy in China. Minister Anatoliy Gorodenko of Agriculture and Food Industry of the Republic of Moldova headed a delegation of Moldavian officials and entrepreneurs to China to attend the activities related to the wine festival.
