On December 17, visiting Vice Foreign Minister Wang Guangya held the fourth round of consultation on strategic stability with Russian Vice Foreign Minister Mamedov in Moscow.

They had an extensive and in-depth exchange of views on the current international security situations and major issues in the fields of arms control and disarmament. They stressed that maintaining international arms control and disarmament regime and global strategic equilibrium and stability is of utmost importance to world peace and security under the current situation.

They also pledged to continue close consultation and cooperation on the above-mentioned issues.
