On August 6, 2007, Chinese Assistant Foreign Minister Li Hui met with Director of the Department of International Organizations of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Alexander Konuzin, exchanging views on bilateral ties, as well as international and regional issues of common concern. Director-General of the Department of International Organizations and Conferences of the Chinese Foreign Ministry Wu Hailong held consultation on UN affairs with Konuzin.
