ON January 30, 2008, Russia's Ambassador to China Sergey Razov, on behalf of the Russian Emergencies Minister, held a ceremony in the Russian Embassy in China to award the "Emergency and Humanitarian Action Participant" medals to the 7 Chinese staffs of the Chinese foreign ministry including Assistant Foreign Minister Li Hui, Director-General Cheng Guoping of The Department of European-Central Asian Affairs, Director-General Wei Wei of the Department of Consular Affairs in honor of their active assistance in search of the missing Russian rafters last year.
