On August 24, 2009, Chinese State Councilor Dai Bingguo met in Zhongnanhai with Noeleen Heyzer, visiting Executive Secretary of the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP). Both sides had in-depth exchange of views on issues of common concern.
