In principle, China supports all efforts aimed at enhancing peaceful use of nuclear energy and strengthening international nuclear non-proliferation regime. As a founding partner of the International Framework for Nuclear Energy Cooperation(IFNEC, formerly known as GNEP which changed the name in 2010), China is ready to enhance cooperation with other partners to promote the peaceful use of nuclear energy in a safe and secure manner.
