China supports the UN to play an important role in addressing the issue of missiles, and has participated in all the previous UN Government Panel of Experts on missiles with a constructive attitude. The issue of missiles is complicated and sensitive. China holds that the problems of all aspects of missiles should be properly addressed by diplomatic and political means in a comprehensive, balanced, non-biased and progressive way in the framework of the UN, in the pretext that the security of every country is not undermined, the positions and concerns of all parties is fully reflected, global strategic stability and regional security situation is comprehensively considered.
