On December 30, 2011, Assistant Foreign Minister Zhang Kunsheng attended the launch ceremony of the commemorative envelop on the 40th anniversary of China-Peru diplomatic ties together with Peruvian ambassador to China Gonzalo Gutierrez. Director-General of the Department of Latin American and Caribbean Affairs Yang Wanming was also present at the event.
