On the evening of November 3 2004, Foreign Minister Li Zhaoxing talked over phones respectively with Argentine Foreign Minister Bielsa and Brazilian Foreign Minister Amorim and exchanged views with them on further enhancing cooperation between China and Argentina and China and Brazil in fields such as politics, economy and trade as well as science and technology. Both the Argentine and Brazilian Foreign Minister expressed that the Argentine and Brazilian Governments attach great importance to President Hu Jintao's state visit to Argentina and Brazil and believe that this visit will achieve active results.
