On September 6, 2011, Assistant Foreign Minister Zhang Kunsheng went to the Cuban embassy in China to express condolence to Minister of the Cuban Revolutionary Armed Forces and Vice President of the Cuban Councils of State and Ministers General Julio Casas Regueiro and signed the condolence book.
