On October 26, 2011, Assistant Foreign Minister Wu Hailong upon invitation met with Hannele Pokka, Permanent Secretary of Finland's Ministry of the Environment. Both sides exchanged views on issues including the situation and theme of the United Nations Conference on Sustainable Development to be held in 2012.
