On February 20, 2009, Chinese Vice Foreign Minister Wang Guangya held consultation with visiting Minister of State in the British Foreign & Commonwealth Office Lord Malloch-Brown. Both sides exchanged in-depth views on the adjustment of the international system, the preparations for the G20 London Summit, the reforms of the United Nations and its Security Council and the reform of the UN peacemaking operations.
