On July 14, 2006, Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao met with Spanish Crown Prince Felipe de Borbon y Grecia in Ziguangge, Zhongnanhai. The two sides discussed bilateral relations and regional and international issues of common concern.

The Crown Prince is on an official visit to China at the invitation of Vice President Zeng Qinghong.
