On March 16, 2010, Vice Foreign Minister Fu Ying met with the ambassadors of Spain, Portugal, Italy, Cyprus and Greek to China and exchanged opinions with them on strengthening the Chinese foreign ministry’s communications and cooperation with foreign embassies and promoting the development of bilateral relations, including China-Europe relations.
