On October 15, 2007, Chinese Assistant Foreign Minister Zhai Jun met in the office building of the Foreign Ministry with a delegation headed by Director of the Institute for Political and International Studies (IPIS) of Iran's Foreign Ministry Rasoul Mousavi, which is in China for academic exchanges at the invitation of China Institute of International Studies.
