Q:What's Chinese comment on Qatar's proposal to establish an International Fund for Iraqi Higher Education ?

A:Yesterday, Madam Mozah, Consort of the Emir of the State of Qatar, declared the establishment of the International Fund for Iraqi Higher Education at the international conference on higher education in Paris and took the lead in donation. China would like to express its appreciation and support, hoping that the establishment of the Fund will facilitate the recovery and development of education of Iraq.
