On May 30, 2011, Vice Foreign Minister Zhai Jun attended the Opening Ceremony of the Seminar on Israel-China Relations held by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Israel in China. He delivered a speech on China's foreign policies and China-Israel relations. He also met with the Israeli delegation participating in the seminar, which is headed by Rafael Barak, Director-General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Israel.
