On December 12, 2007, Chinese Assistant Foreign Minister He Yafei met with Ambassador Kim, an advisor to the governor of Jeju Province of the Republic of Korea (ROK) on International Relations, exchanging views on China-ROK ties. Hailing the recent visit by the ROK prime minister as very successful, Kim thanked for the warm hospitality and thoughtful arrangements by the Chinese side.
