On March 15, 2011, Chinese President Hu Jintao accepted credentials presented by the ambassadors to China from Burundi, Botswana, Fiji, Tonga, Papua New Guinea and Myanmar at the Great Hall of the People.

The six ambassadors are Pascal Gasunzu from Burundi, Sasara Chasala George from Botswana, Esala Teleni from Fiji, Siamelie Latu from Tonga, Christopher Siaoa Mero from Papua New Guinea and U Tin Oo from Myanmar.
