Chinese Vice Foreign Minister Zhang Yesui and his South African counterpart Sue van der Merwe, who is accompanying South African Vice President Phumzile Mlambo-Ngcuka during a China visit, co-chaired the second meeting of Foreign Affairs Subcommittee under the China-South Africa Bi-National Commission. Both sides exchanged in-depth views on bilateral ties, exchanges and cooperation between the two Foreign Ministries, and other regional and international issues of common concern.
