On February 19, 2008, Chinese Assistant Foreign Minister He Yafei held talks with U.S. Assistant Secretary of State Christopher Hill in the Chinese Foreign Ministry. Both sides exchanged views on international and regional issues of mutual concern such as the nuclear issues on the Korean Peninsula and in Iran, the Myanmar issue and anti-proliferation.
