On March 5, 2008, Chinese Assistant Foreign Minister Zhai Jun met with Obiageli Ezekwesili, Vice President of the World Bank in charge of Africa, who is visiting China at the invitation of the Chinese Ministry of Finance. Both sides exchanged views on the challenges faced by Africa, China's trilateral cooperation with the World Bank in Africa, as well as other issues of mutual concern.
